frequently asked questions
- frequently asked questions for grounds care
- Why are the leaves on my plants yellow?
- There can be many reasons why the leaves on a plant are yellow. It can be due to a lack of nutrients, macro nutrients, soil ph, moisture,
sun exposure , etc.
- Why is the lawn thinning?
- Usually, lawns thin out because there is a lack of sunlight or oxygen in the 'root zone'. If there are trees, the canopy should be thinned to allow filtered light. If the area gets partial direct sunlight, the soil needs to be aerated and watering duration reduced.

- Why does my lawn look brown after my lawn gets mowed when it was a beautiful dark green before mowing?
- This is a very common problem. A well maintained mower should have the blade sharpened weekly on a commercial mower. A dull blade will shred the blade of grass leaving brown edges vertically giving the lawn a browning look when looking at the lawn from an angle.
