  • Professional contacting services are required by law to be licensed and insured. This enforcement was develop to protect "you" the consumer and sets a level regulation upon which the contractor must be responsible to deliver. Groundworks has been a licensed C-27 Landscaping Contractor since 1997 with the Contractors State license Board. Our license number is 733657. In order to obtain a license a contractor must demonstrate at lease 4 years of experience in the trade working under a licensed contractor to gain the experience needed to work within state codes and understanding contracting requirements. Compliance to maintain current status with state board requires having proper bonding and insurance.
